CANCELLATION POLICY
Groups of twelve (12) or fewer must provide thirteen (13) days’ notice if cancellation is required. If a cancellation is made within thirteen days of the reservation, all deposits will be non-refundable, and the balance for the round of golf will be due in full. A Rain Check Credit may be issued for each guest, redeemable for future golf fees only, valid for one (1) year from the date issued.
Groups of thirteen (13) or more must provide thirty (30) days’ notice if cancellation is required. If a cancellation is made within thirty days of the reservation, all deposits will be non-refundable, and the balance for the round of golf will be due in full. A Rain Check Credit may be issued for each guest, redeemable for future golf fees only, valid for one (1) year from the date issued. In addition, larger groups may be required to provide additional information, including a group agreement.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER POLICY
A guest may cancel without penalty due to forecasted inclement weather “unsafe for play” up to 24 hours before their scheduled start time.
If conditions are inclement but playable, and guests choose to cancel, all deposits will be non-refundable, and the balance for the round of golf will be due in full. A Rain Check Credit will be issued for each guest, redeemable for future golf fees only, valid for one (1) year from the date issued. If a guest or group is to “no-call, no-show” due to inclement weather, all deposits will be non-refundable, and the balance for the round of golf will be due in full.
RAINCHECK CREDIT POLICY
Weather cancellations are accepted only on the scheduled day of play or 24 hours before a scheduled start time. A Rain Check Credit will be issued during inclement weather conditions based on the number of holes completed. Rain Check Credit is a pro-rated amount based on the number of holes played. A Rain Check Credit is redeemable for future golf purchases (only), valid for one (1) year, and issued to a guest profile. Guests will not receive any cash or credit card refund.
Guests must have a minimum of two players in their group to create a start time reservation. Reservations with fewer than four guests will be paired up to fill the foursome. Reservations may not be made for a single player.
